Colonics

Colonics, also known as Colon Hydrotherapy, is the gentle infusion of warm, filtered water into the colon via the rectum, utilizing a small disposable speculum tube. Imagine it as having a shower of the insides, washing, hydrating and stimulating the colon to improve its peristalsis (muscular movement) and elimination.

Over 60,000 people die from colon cancer every year. Millions suffer from terrible health problems caused directly or indirectly by a toxic colon.The natural immune system can only be built up by a clean colon, a body with minimal amount of accumulated toxic material.

A session is about 45 minutes on the table, 15 min to get ready and complete the session. It is quite a relaxing experience, with a lot of nurturing meridian and lymph draining massage. The system is closed with no offensive odor and the client is covered during the procedure. Time to let go of what no longer serves. Breathe, relax and release!

A series of at least 3 colonics is recommended to support the body’s cleansing cycle which takes about one month. A couple of sessions the first week, then one or two for the next three weeks, combined with proper nutrition, hydration, exercise and relaxation, makes for a thorough and transformational cleansing process.
